Ensemble’s ‘Record-Breaking’ Profit Boosts Member Payouts

Michael Johnson President of Ensemble

Ensemble has announced 2023 as the second consecutive year of a return to profit sharing, with 90% of members receiving increased payouts over 2022 when 73% of the consortium’s top-performing members earned payouts.

Last year members received a higher percentage than they did pre-pandemic in 2019.

Michael Johnson, president of Ensemble said, "Ensemble is thrilled to announce another year of profit sharing, smashing expectations and reaffirming our unwavering commitment to member prosperity.”

Along with continued strong demand for travel, the notable increase in payouts can be attributed to Ensemble's strategic focus on bolstering profitability. Central to this success is the utilization of Ensemble's proprietary booking platform, ADX, which continues to surpass industry standards by delivering above-average margins.”

Responding to the record-breaking payouts, members expressed their enthusiasm and gratitude for the transformation of the consortium.

“Ensemble has committed itself to helping travel agencies become more profitable,” says Ross Spalding, President of Crown Cruise Vacations. “Not only are they achieving this through profit sharing, but also through marketing, technology and consumer facing programs that agencies are able to participate in. The combination of all of these is creating a significant value proposition for the agency as well as our advisors and clients.”

“Ensemble’s profit sharing commitment demonstrates its passion to helping members achieve maximum profitability,” said Jeff Oestreich, President, Goldrush Getaways. “The entire Ensemble team is fully engaged, committed, and truly passionate about the success of its members, but Ensemble’s success is not just about profitability, it's about the collective growth and empowerment of its members.”

“After going through some challenging years due to the pandemic, our organization was extremely pleased to receive such wonderful support and dedication from Ensemble which helped us achieve maximum profitability in 2023, added Chris Rollinson, co-president, Escapes.ca. “Their commitment to supporting travel advisors and working with key suppliers has been instrumental in our growth.”
