Travelsavers has announced that information technology expert Russ Newcomer has joined its international travel marketing organization. As Sr. Vice President of Information Technology, Newcomer is responsible for managing a multi-disciplinary team of software technicians in the development and support of desktop and e-commerce initiatives for the group's travel agency base.
