Fairmont Le Château Frontenac Unveils Darkness-Themed Dining Experience

Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Quebec City is launching a limited-time new gastronomic experience with an unusual theme: darkness.

The evening will consist of a nine-course dinner prepared by Chef Gabriel Molleur-Langevin, featuring dishes with black ingredients such as black trumpet mushrooms, balsamic, and squid ink. Cirque Éloize performers will entertain guests during the event.

Sommelier Zsombor Mezey will offer a selection of wines and champagnes from renowned vineyards and champagne houses to pair with the culinary journey. The pairings are designed to complement each dish, enhancing the nuances of the darkness-inspired menu.

“Fairmont Le Château Frontenac is thrilled to join other iconic Fairmont hotels for the Beyond Limits experience. The opportunity to showcase the talents of Chef Gabriel and our entire team for this over the top immersive production is something we are very proud of,” says Ken Hall, General Manager of Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

The "Evening of Darkness" is priced at CAD $650 per person, plus tax (inclusive of gratuities) and is available on ten selected dates from now until 14SEPT. Each seating is limited to 20 guests. ALL (Accor Live Limitless) members can book select ‘Beyond LIMITS’ experiences with ALL Reward points.

More information about the Beyond Limits program is available on Fairmont's website.
