The hotel industry has a big problem with identity theft. An Internet expert says computer hackers steal hotel guests’ credit card data more than any other industry. Hackers have created ever more sophisticated software which can sit undetected on hotel systems and access data, including credit card information. Large hotel chains are investing to fight back.
