Air Transat’s Mobile App Gets A Makeover

As of 02MAR, travellers can download or update the latest version of the Air Transat mobile app.

According to the airline, the completely redesigned mobile app supports Air Transat’s travellers throughout their entire journey, by providing contextual and timely information for pre-trip preparation, for their outbound and return flights and at their destination. It allows users to check in online, track their flight status, access their travel documents and more.

In addition, for clients who booked a package, it is possible to consult the schedule of welcome sessions and airport transfers, to communicate with a Transat representative at any time, to view the excursions purchased before their departure, and to obtain their check-out time.

Finally, it also allows travellers to easily locate links to add inflight services such as Option Plus, inflight extras and meal pre-order.

Travel agents are invited to watch the following video to get an overview of the available features.

Air Transat adds that new features will be added throughout the year.
