Vision Travel Names Renata Grant Regional Manager/Ontario

Well-known industry veteran Renata Grant has been appointed to the position of regional manager/Ontario at Vision Travel. She will be based in the Toronto head office and joins a team of seven regional managers across the Vision network. Grant will be responsible for growing leisure sales and supporting advisors based in the head office as well as in Ottawa and Georgetown, Ontario.

“We are delighted to have Renata join the team,” said Julie Skinner, vice president, leisure sales and operations at Vision Travel, who is responsible for the company’s leisure sales from British Columbia to Ontario. With the announcement, she said, “Renata’s talents and enthusiasm know no bounds and we know she’ll be a huge asset to us.”

Grant brings a wealth of experience with more than 20 years in the industry, including owning award-winning, cruise-focused franchises and as director/Canada for a large retail travel organization. Her skill for public speaking led to a role as cruise ship guest speaker.

“We’ve recently seen a lot of movement in the industry and Vision has already welcomed dozens of independent travel advisors in 2022,” added Skinner. “We are very much looking forward to welcoming many more talented and experienced people to our team in the remainder of 2022 and into 2023 – and we know Renata will be a big part of this.
