The restaurant has been given a freshen up in keeping with the changes at the resort. For an additional charge of $40 (USD) per person, guests can mark a special occasion or enjoy a romantic private dinner. Reservations are mandatory when dining at Nicole’s.
Portofino Ristorante Italiano Restaurant
Portofino Ristorante Italiano, replacing the Buccaneer restaurant, entices visitors with its expansive Italian-themed ambiance and a menu inspired by a Michelin three-star corporate chef at the resort’s helm. Experience a taste of Italy in the Caribbean.
The Beach Grill
The Beach Grill, formerly the Rasta Beach Grill, has been expanded and offers light meals, burgers and other grilled snacks while guests enjoy the beach.
Sails & Tales
A new addition to the line-up of restaurants at the resort, delectable seafood and tropical cocktails are on the menu. All served against the backdrop of Lover’s Beach.
Papa Ricco’s Pizzeria
The newly opened Papa Ricco’s Pizzeria, situated adjacent to Sail and Tales and previously known as The Beach Bar and Grill, offers a welcoming beachfront dining experience. Guests can enjoy made-to-order pizzas in a casual setting while taking in stunning sea views.
