Oceanfront Fine Dining

The best of both worlds await

The better the dining experiences, the happier the guests are. Keeping this in mind, The Verandah Resort has enhanced its existing restaurants and introduced several new ones.

Here’s The Rundown On What’s New And What’s Refreshed

Seabreeze Restaurant

The Seabreeze Restaurant, the resort’s main dining establishment, offers a diverse menu for all guests with breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Recently refreshed, the dining room is fully air-conditioned. Guests can enjoy buffet-style dining every day of the week and, in the evenings, can tantalize their taste buds with various international-themed foods for evening meals.

Nicole’s Fine Dining

Nicole’s Fine Dining

Nicole’s, the resort’s upscale dining venue, presents an exquisite fusion of modern haute cuisine within a comfortable, air-conditioned environment. The restaurant has been given a freshen up in keeping with the changes at the resort. For an additional charge of $40 (USD) per person, guests can mark a special occasion or enjoy a romantic private dinner. Reservations are mandatory when dining at Nicole’s.

Portofino Ristorante Italiano Restaurant

Portofino Ristorante Italiano, replacing the Buccaneer restaurant, entices visitors with its expansive Italian-themed ambiance and a menu inspired by a Michelin three-star corporate chef at the resort’s helm. Experience a taste of Italy in the Caribbean.

The Beach Grill

Beach Grill & Bar

The Beach Grill, formerly the Rasta Beach Grill, has been expanded and offers light meals, burgers and other grilled snacks while guests enjoy the beach.

Sails & Tales

A new addition to the line-up of restaurants at the resort, delectable seafood and tropical cocktails are on the menu. All served against the backdrop of Lover’s Beach.

Papa Ricco’s Pizzeria

The newly opened Papa Ricco’s Pizzeria, situated adjacent to Sail and Tales and previously known as The Beach Bar and Grill, offers a welcoming beachfront dining experience. Guests can enjoy made-to-order pizzas in a casual setting while taking in stunning sea views.

A Few Extras

Keeping up on a British Tradition, “Afternoon Tea” is served by the main pool bar daily from 3:30-4:30 p.m

The Verandah offers dine-around privileges, allowing guests to savour the culinary delights of sister resorts such as Pineapple Beach Club and St. James’ Club & Villas.

A Symphony of Libations and Entertainment Galore

With movie nights under the stars, thrilling live sporting events, and late-night karaoke sessions, this venue pulsates as the resort’s vibrant nightlife hub.
