Having launched in MAY 2022, the Inclusive Collection brings nine distinct brands under Hyatt’s AMR Collection subsidiary: Hyatt Ziva, Hyatt Zilara, Zoëtry Wellness & Spa Resorts, Secrets Resorts & Spas, Breathless Resorts & Spas, Dreams Resorts & Spas, Hyatt Vivid Hotels & Resorts, Alua Hotels & Resorts and Sunscape Resorts & Spas.
With several recently opened properties in Mexico and the Caribbean—and more on the way—Hyatt is furthering its presence as the world’s largest operator of luxury all-inclusive resorts.
Mexico: Hyatt’s Boundless Expansion
Central to Hyatt’s expansion is culturally-rich Mexico. Hyatt is set to debut a series of new properties in the destination, each one uniquely designed to provide guests with an unforgettable vacation experience.
By the end of 2023, the Inclusive Collection is expected to have more than 45 resorts in Mexico, representing more than 16,000 rooms. Looking further out, the continued expansion of Hyatt’s Mexico portfolio is expected to increase by 30% through 2025.
With equal fervour, the brand is venturing into several destinations in the Caribbean.
Here’s a glimpse into the remarkable world of Hyatt’s newest additions and slated openings—in Mexico and beyond.
Zoëtry Marigot Bay St. Lucia
Saint Lucia is the latest destination to have a Zoëtry resort grace its shores. Perched atop a serene hillside, the 124-suite-and-residence Zoëtry Marigot Bay (opened in DEC 2022) offers picture-perfect views of the Marigot Bay marina and LaBas Beach and easy access to Saint Lucia’s famed Piton mountains.

The fully renovated resort (formerly known as Marigot Bay Resort and Marina) highlights the authentic beauty and culture of Saint Lucia, with touches of reclaimed dark wood textures and stunning mountainous views opening up throughout the property.

This special space is where guests can participate in expert-led wellness sessions and indulge in private dinners. Impression by Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen
The first property under the new Impression line is Impression by Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen, which opened on 01DEC, 2022. It’s a lavish, exclusive “resort within a resort” located in the Secrets Moxché Playa del Carmen complex.
Overlooking a prime stretch of Riviera Maya coastline within Playa del Carmen’s gated community of Corasol, Impression by Secrets Moxché offers guests a secluded retreat, access to a championship golf course, and a dedicated beach.
Expansive modern suites starting at nearly 1,000 square feet set the tone for contemporary elegance and utmost comfort. All 198 suites are outfitted in a rustic-chic style inspired by Playa del Carmen’s natural beauty. Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres
The highly-anticipated Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres opened on 26MAY, 2023. As part of Hyatt’s Secret Impression Collection, this resort is perfect for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect in a truly magical setting.
An exclusive resort boat transports guests to the charming Isla Mujeres, where the 125-suite property is built gracefully into the natural landscape of the island’s southern side.
Though an adults-only property, Impression by Secrets Isla Mujeres blends sophistication with excitement, offering a unique thrill for its guests with a waterslide leading directly into the ocean. Guests can also scuba dive past the sculptures of the Cancun Underwater Museum of Art, unwind in tiered infinity pools and overwater cabanas, or decompress in an on-site spa with Hammam and floatation treatments.

Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club
The highly-anticipated, adults-only Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club is set to open on 12OCT, 2023. Clients looking for a romantic, highly luxurious retreat among lush jungle and white-sand beaches will find it at the 300-all-suite Secrets Tulum. The resort is designed in a boho-elegant style and has an exclusive beach club on the Tulum coastline.
Secrets Tides Punta Cana
Expected to open in fall 2023, the adults-only Secrets Tides Punta Cana will feature 670 rooms, including swim-out suites, six a la carte dining choices, including a Mediterranean Asian fusion restaurant and a Brazilian-themed restaurant, a buffet restaurant, eight bars and lounges, 24-hour room and concierge services, and a Secrets Spa by Pevonia.
Dreams Flora Resort & Spa in The D.R.
Dreams Flora Resort & Spa is one of the recent additions to Inclusive Collection and marks the brand’s 12th overall property in the Dominican Republic and fifth Dreams-branded resort in the destination. It officially opened on 15FEB, 2023, after undergoing an extensive renovation to upgrade its facilities and amenities.
Sitting on the palm-fringed beach of Cabeza de Toro, the 520-room Dreams Flora offers a getaway designed for couples and families, conveniently located close to the Punta Cana International Airport. Guests can indulge in Unlimited-Luxury offerings with a wide range of family-friendly amenities.

Dreams Estrella Del Mar Mazatlan
This family-friendly resort, located in the Estrella del Mar Golf and Residential Development Club on Mexico’s Pacific Coast, is expected to open in the latter part of 2023. It will feature an aquatic park, a lazy river, and 350 suites that each have a view of the Pacific Ocean
