Transat’s Commercial Director, Nicole Bursey, spoke with Open Jaw's Nina Slawek on 07SEP in an exclusive video just prior to the operator's Toronto Training Academy. It's the first in-person training event the operator has held in years.
As Bursey explained to Open Jaw, the focus this season is squarely on greater efficiency with online tools to replace calls. Open Jaw reconnected with Bursey following the event, and she told us that, “It was an amazing evening! It was so gratifying to connect with people we hadn’t seen in years. Lots of hugs and smiles! A super night.”
