Travel Leaders Network Mixers Link Top Suppliers With Members

Christine James, VP Canada, Travel Leaders Network

Travel Leaders Network continues to bring members and key supplier partners together through exclusive Mixers across Canada. These 22 local events continue to consistently sell out throughout the year, providing a platform where key supplier partners can interact face-to-face with owners, managers and their advisors, all at no cost to members.

Hosted by Travel Leaders Network Canada’s Business Development Managers, Caroline Belgrave (Western Region) and Melissa Wheaton (Eastern Region), these popular mixers are held at favourable venues located in each region. They offer the perfect opportunity to mix and mingle with Travel Leaders Network key supplier partners, build a sense of community and engage with fellow members across Canada.

Evenings typically begin with an informal mini-trade show and cocktail hour which allows time for networking and business-building opportunities with key supplier partners. This is followed by dinner during which each supplier partner delivers a brief overview of revenue-generating promotions and exclusive offers available to members. These small and intimate settings target anywhere from 40 to 100 attendees, giving everyone the opportunity to actively participate.

“Each mixer provides an excellent opportunity for supplier partners to network with agents, build personal relationships, share new information and programs to grow their business and solicit ideas and feedback from members,” said Christine James, Vice President of Travel Leaders Network in Canada. “In turn, it is a valuable opportunity for members to get together, share best business practices, hear updates and receive product knowledge from supplier partners while building an overall sense of strength and community. We understand that if our members and supplier partners are successful, we are successful and that’s a winning proposition.”
