The launch comes just ahead of the IPW in Los Angeles, 03-07MAY.
NexusTours has integrated its Global Marketplace into its Travel Partner Portal. The platform includes capabilities with mobility solutions and curated experiences spanning over 140 countries worldwide, over 92,000 experiences, over 30,000 mobility options, and 100,000 car rentals.
The company has also introduced a suite of enhancements tailored to meet the evolving needs of today's travel professionals in their travel agent portal. Serving as the sole DMC providing this level of support, NexusTours remains committed to enhancing travel agent support with the launch of its enhanced Travel Agent Support (available 7 days a week, from 7 a.m. to midnight) which offers exclusive services for seamless assistance with inquiries, bookings, and modifications. Since its launch four months ago, the center has successfully handled thousands of inquiries and bookings. As a result, the quality of service has marked improvements in response time, satisfaction, registration, and sales metrics.
