ACV Enhances Cruise Shopping Experience for Francophone Advisors

Air Canada Vacations (ACV) has announced enhancements to the travel agent cruise shopping experience with the introduction of enriched French language support for most cruise line companies within its portfolio.

"This initiative aims to better assist the Francophone travel professional community and ensure the accuracy of cruise line information and content," said Nino Montagnese, Air Canada Vacations' VP.

“By ensuring proper French language support, we’re not only meeting the needs of our Francophone travel professional community but we’re also reaffirming our commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement,” said Montagnese. “At Air Canada Vacations, we’re dedicated to providing the highest quality of service to all our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for everyone.”

ACV offers over 100 cruise itineraries with 13 top cruise line companies, including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises, Carnival, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess, MSC, and Azamara. Air Canada Vacations’ Cruise Promise offers travellers flexible booking options. For example, no deposit is required for flights when booked as a Flight & Cruise package. All flights are 100% refundable up to 24 hours prior to departure, including one name change.

ACV’s Cruise Promise includes a cruise deposit of CAD$50 per person on select cruises, one free checked bag per person with Flight & Cruise packages, and a guaranteed return flight back home if the ship is late. If a delayed flight causes travellers to miss their cruise, they’ll be rebooked to catch up with it. Lastly, if a flight with Air Canada or Air Canada Rouge is found at a lower price at the time of booking, Air Canada Vacations will pay for the flight.
