Job Purpose:
The main responsibilities for the Inside Sales Coordinator include, but are not limited to, ensuring excellent service standards to guarantee the highest levels of Trade engagement.
Requires critical thinking, account-oriented individual who is adept at co-ordinating a vital administration function in parallel with the Commercial Team to grow agency engagement and revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
- By utilizing all departments, providing support and solutions to true partner enquiries, including account registration, B2B, ship visits, Trade Events, TARs;
- Trafficking collateral requests from True Partner Travel Agents and co-ordinating the relationship with the fulfilment centre;
- Maintaining the SalesForce CRM database and co-ordinating with Commercial and Marketing teams;
- Maintaining Voyagers’ Club database and trafficking Status Match requests;
- Compiling and analysing data over time to forecast sales trends (ARGO, BI, Qliksense);
- Reviewing past sales data to determine trends in productivity (Weekly production report);
- Maintaining accuracy of the E-Learning Platform MSC Masters (look and feel, modules upload, activity report, password reset);
- Driving projects through development, testing, implementing and preparing progress reports, schedule meetings to meet deadline and budget expectations;
- Analysing benefits and impacts of marketing campaigns, data collection (Siebel);
- Maintaining a strong client’s database (SalesForce, CRM, DTS, Marketo);
- Maintaining supplier’s inventory, cost review, invoice;
- Supporting new accounts development (OTA, Siebel, CRM, DTS);
- Supporting the Marketing Department by maintaining and providing a strong distribution list (review, translation, implementation, API activation);
- Implementing strategies to generate interest and to turn prospects into new clients (analysis platform qliksense, customer booking and onboard behavior, Geo Analysis);
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate booking process, pricing and sales (booking transfer, agency credit, commission/ price/ promotion adjustments);
- Maintaining products knowledge (Confluence);
Job-Requirements: Skills, Competencies and Experience
- Fluency in English required with good oral and written communication skills. French knowledge is considered a plus;
- High school diploma is required; College diploma is a plus;
- Team player, great attitude and collaborative;
- Proficient in relevant computer applications;
- ARGO, BI, Qliksense; SalesForce, Marketo knowledge is required;
- 3+ years experience in sales; travel industry is considered a plus;
- Ability to work in Canada;
Working schedule:
- Regular working hours: 40 hours per week;
- Availability to work overtime if requested;
- Paid time off according to the Company policy:
- Participation into Company benefit plan;
- Full time remote working until September 2021;
