US Tourist Fined $500 For Driving Ferrari Into Florence’s Famous Piazza

An American tourist has been fined USD $506 for driving a Ferrari into the Piazza della Signoria, the pedestrian square at the heart of Florence, reports CNN.

According to police, the driver was not registered to drive anywhere in Italy, and he was observed driving “nonsensically” on a nearby street. This is at least the third incident in less than a year of tourists driving cars illegally into famous Italian tourist sites.
