New York City will once again welcome thousands of people to Times Square for its iconic New Year’s Eve celebration - so long as they can provide proof of vaccination. "All you need to do is have proof of vaccination and a valid photo ID and you are in." According to the head of the Times Square Alliance, Tom Harris, all attendees five years of age and older must show proof of vaccination.
