TICO: 46 Charges for Angela Comella and Angie's All Seasons Travel Inc.

The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) announced it has charged Angie's All Seasons Travel Inc. with 46 charges in total, including 26 counts of operating as a travel agent without being registered. In addition, Angela Comella is also charged with one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered and one count of being an Officer and Director of a corporation and failing to take “reasonable care” to prevent the Corporation from committing an offence. Angie's All Seasons Travel Inc. was served with an Immediate Temporary Suspension Order on 11FEB 2021. On 26AUG, the License Appeal Tribunal revoked the registration of Angie’s All Seasons Travel Inc. “It is alleged that the company continued to operate,” after the registration was suspended, according to TICO.
