The EU Will Allow Phone Calls on Planes This Year

Flying in Europe may no longer involve having to put your phone on airplane mode, reports CN Traveler.

EU nations have until the end of JUN this year to make 5G frequency bands available on planes. That would allow pax to make phone calls on their phones during flight.
