Rosewood Hotels & Resorts is focusing on guests' experience as it builds 25 new luxury hotels it has planned for this decade to add to its 30-property roster.
Instead of focusing on buying properties in existing tourist hot spots, Rosewood targets undervalued properties, revitalizes them, and creates new local scenes, reports Skift.
Additionally, catering to shifts in consumer tastes such as preference for more immersive experiences rather than shopping, nightlife and famous locations, Rosewood will be introducing its concept to Munich, Rome and continue expansion into Asia and Latin America in the next few years.
