Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc has raised its full-year profit forecast by over USD $100million. In earlier forecasts, it said it was expecting net income of up to $1.07 billion, but now says that could rise as high as $1.22 billion this year.
Furthermore, the company reported a more than 50 per cent increase in revenue per available room in Q2 this year.
The hotel operator says it’s due to a resurgence in travel demand – although notes that rising inflation is a concern to the entire travel industry.
