Flair Customers Say They're Owed More After Plane Seizures, Flight Cancellations

Some Flair Airlines customers say they have not been reimbursed, or not fully reimbursed, for cancellations that occurred as a result of four of the carrier’s planes being repossessed. Several passengers say they’ve had disputes with Flair in order to be reimbursed. Others say they have not been fully compensated for the cost of their trip, as the airline has been paying back the ticket price but not other expenses like accommodation or rebooking with a more expensive ticket.

The airline says they have reimbursed most passengers, and told the Canadian Press on 27MAR that only eight passengers have not been paid back yet. Flair promised on 11MAR, when the cancellations occurred, that they would repay passengers within a week.
