While Expedia Group has reportedly been attempting to simplify operations, it also expanded its Travel Agent Affiliate Program (TAAP) on 21JUN from North America into 53 new markets – 21 new countries in the Caribbean, 16 in Europe, 13 in Latin America, and three in the Middle East.
As reported by Skift, Expedia Group CEO Peter Kern sees expanding TAAP as a key strategic priority. Expedia further announced several promotional and limited-time offers, including higher commissions on select hotels, for TAAP members in Canada, Europe, UK, Mexico and the U.S.
