Digital Transformation of Travel and Expense Key for Corporates in 2023

A new study conducted in multiple countries including Canada found that in order for their organizations to succeed, global business leaders must design processes that support their workforce in a new, hybrid world of work.

80 percent of respondents stated that Travel and Expense is more digitized compared to other processes within their companies. This was up from 67 per cent in 2021.

However, the study also showed that challenges remain, including manual and fragmented processes, compliance and security.
