As the busy winter travel season nears, some passengers at YYZ are already flagging delays, two-hour waits for luggage, City News reports.
On 22NOV, YYZ’s baggage hall was the scene of hundreds of passengers waiting for their luggage for hours without an explanation from airlines.
Baggage handler staffing shortages was the reason cited, representing part of the issues that are ongoing at Canadian airports since the summer.
