AMR Collection has announced recent expansion of its Canada Business Development Manager teams, with Brian Joseph and Scott Reid returning to the fold.
Brian Joseph
Effective immediately, Joseph has returned to the AMR Collection team as Business Development Manager of the Toronto, Greater Toronto Area, Eastern Ontario, and the Niagara regions.
Previously, Joseph joined the AMResorts® team in 2016, where he assisted in training agents, outsourcing new clients and avenues, and conducting professional front-line sales visits to agencies in Ontario. His work has earned him two awards, the 2019 AMResorts® Sales Guru, and the 2019 PAX Global Media Award of Excellence – Representative of the Year.
Prior to joining the AMResorts® team, Brian served as a Business Development Manager for three of the five major tour operators in Canada. He also began his career as a travel agent, a position he held for five years. Upon his return to the AMR Collection team, Joseph brings 18 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry to assist with maintaining and strengthening relationships with travel agents.
Scott Reid
Reid has also rejoined the team as Business Development Manager of the Central Canada, effective immediately. He will manage the Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and Western Ontario regions.
According to the company, Reid has a “proven track record” of increasing sales revenues, event management and organization skills, and maintaining both monthly and yearly revenue budgets, while also fostering interaction and networking with existing and potential clients to build relationships while adding new and repeat business to AMResorts.
Prior to joining the AMResorts team in JUL 2019, Reid spent 5 years at Sunwing as a Business Development Manager for Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Northern Ontario. He has also worked for the luxury hotel Four Seasons in London, England, and Crowne Plaza Resort in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
