Trevello Launches Custom ‘Cruise Central’ Platform for Members

Caroline Hay, General Manager of Cruise at Trevello.

Trevello Travel Group is rolling out Cruise Central, which it describes as a “groundbreaking” platform that will revolutionize the cruise booking process for agents.

As the first host agency in Canada with a cruise-focused department, Trevello has grown a community dedicated to cruise. Following a standout year of sales growth, Trevello officials said the introduction of Cruise Central is “a leap forward in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting their advisors' success.”

"The roll-out of Cruise Central is a milestone event for us. It's more than just a booking tool; it symbolizes our deep commitment to our advisors and our ambition to expand our cruise segment,” said Caroline Hay, General Manager of Cruise at Trevello. “This platform is customized to refine booking processes, boost cruise sales, and arm our advisors with the necessary resources to excel.

“Cruise Central stands out with its user-friendly design and cutting-edge features,” she said. “It integrates the offerings of over 35 cruise lines into one seamless interface, a move applauded by our beta testers for its simplicity and efficiency.

What sets it apart, Hay said, are features catering to B2B and B2C needs, customizable branding for advisors, and comprehensive management tools for team leaders, including unique functions like secondary phone fields. It's also equipped to handle bookings for Consortia, Headquarters, and Advisor groups.

“The platform's versatility and tailor-made options are exactly what our advisors need,” Hay stated. “We are thrilled to lead the way and introduce such a robust cruise booking platform to our advisors.

“Cruise Central is a game changer."

Trevello officials said the launch of Cruise Central is impeccably timed with the upcoming Wave Season, ensuring Trevello's advisors have all the necessary tools and information for cruise booking at their fingertips.

“Buoyed by the impressive sales growth this year, Trevello is confident that Cruise Central will be a cornerstone in achieving even greater success in cruise sales for 2024 and beyond,” Hay said.
