Dianne Jackson, Director, Franchise and Affiliate Members at Transat Distribution Canada.

Transat Distribution Canada has announced that well-known industry veteran Dianne Jackson is joining the company, days after Jackson revealed she was stepping away from Reps4Rent, the company she founded a year ago, and handing over the reins to her daughter, Cassandra Jackson.

Jackson's appointment at TDC is effective 11SEP, and she will report directly to Karine Gagnon, TDC's General Manager.

In an email announcement, Gagnon says that Jackson will be responsible for "the success and growth of the TDC Network's franchise and affiliate travel agency program" for all provinces, excluding Quebec. She will also be responsible for the renewal and recruitment process of new franchises and affiliates, as well as maintaining strong business relationships with TDC members and key players in the industry.
