Traveltek, a provider of travel technology solutions establishing a footprint in North America, has announced a partnership with Travel Syndication Technology (TST LLC) to enhance cruise solutions for agents in the U.S. and Canada.
The announcement follows Sabre's decision to exit the cruise market in OCT 2023. TST LLC, a longstanding customer of Sabre, aims to improve look-to-book ratios and maximize revenue through Traveltek's technology offerings.
"We are delighted to partner with TST LLC. It’s been great to deal with the team at TST LLC over the past few months, as we work together to ensure that they have a smooth migration across from Sabre to Traveltek’s cruise solution. We are continuing to invest in our cruise product and we look forward to continued success with Tarak and the team at TST,” said Rebecca Esterhuizen SVP - North America Traveltek.
With over 22 years of experience, Traveltek specializes in developing technology that enables travel agents to package hotels, flights, cruises, and ancillary travel services in one transaction on a global scale.
As part of the partnership, TST LLC's customers will gain access to over 30,000 itineraries across major ocean and river cruise lines, as well as deals from 30 cruise lines worldwide through a single aggregated Cruise API provided by Traveltek.
“We believe that TravelTek's API will help us streamline our shopping and booking process and provide our customers with a more relevant and efficient travel experience," said Tarak Reddy, Chief Operating Officer, Travel Syndication Technology LLC.
