The seven-time best-selling fitness author Harley Pasternak, and the “pioneer” of natural luxury skincare Tata Harper, will be joining the Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmos to offer exclusive wellness programs.
Pasternak’s Baja Body Reset will be available for three weekends in 2021, including membership to “a virtual community of checks and balances” in between the sessions, while Harper’s spa treatment the Sensorial Beauty Retreat will be available year-round.
Inspired by his book, the Body Reset Diet, and his reputation sculpting Hollywood’s hottest bodies for the last four decades, Pasternak’s weekend program is centred around five pillars: steps and resistance training, sleep, diet and digital detox to kickstart a health journey that guests can continue at home.
Pasternak’s weekend will feature hikes to the nearby Sol de Mayo and the top of Flat Rock in the East Cape, lessons on how to make Pasternak’s smoothies and Five Factor Diet meals, bootcamps at the Resort’s fitness centre and massages at the Oasis Spa, including sound bowl therapy.
All guests will receive a ‘survival kit’, including Pasternak’s latest book, a Fitbit Inspire 2, and a Hypervolt Go. The available weekends are 23 to 25JUL, 17 to 19SEPT, and 10 to 12DEC.
Harper’s two-day itinerary will “engage all five senses to promote beauty from the inside out.”
“I’m so excited to have such an amazing property as the inspirational backdrop that will help people reset their bodies and minds,” said Pasternak. “This weekend is just the beginning. We will focus on giving people the tools they need to eat, sleep and move in a way that elevates the way they feel, and the way they look, so that they continue the journey at home.”
Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmos is a short flight from nearby LAX. The company’s first marina resort, the property is a ‘showpiece of contemporary design’ located on 3.2 km of the Sea of Cortez beachfront with unobstructed views of the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range.
The community of Santiago and the 19th century mining town El Triunfo are a short drive away, as is the UNESCO World Heritage Site the Cabo Pulmo National Marine Park.
