Hyatt's Inclusive Collection has introduced Confidant Rewards, a new travel advisor loyalty rewards program.

This program is integrated within Confidant Collective, which recently released an updated website and learning program, and gives travel advisors the opportunity to register and redeem bookings at various Inclusive Collection brands. The program features tiered benefits, allowing advisors to earn additional points based on the number of bookings made, and offers tiered benefits for redemption opportunities.

“We are proud to expand the Confidant Collective program to now include Confidant Rewards,” said Delia McCrimon, Associate Vice President of Sales and Distribution, Inclusive Collection, Hyatt. “With loyal travel advisors being the heart of the industry, we are proud of the enhanced and evolved rewards system meant to bring best-in-class benefits to support and celebrate their growth and loyalty to the Inclusive Collection portfolio.”

Advisors earn points through hotel bookings and can redeem them for travel advisor benefits, personal charitable contributions, and curated redemption items such as gift cards and merchandise. An updated dashboard is now available through the mobile application to keep travel advisors connected. Additionally, Confidant Rewards allows advisors to earn extra points as they book, facilitating the accumulation of rewards at a faster pace.

Confidant Learning, an interactive online educational platform, is also available through Confidant Collective. It covers the ten, all-inclusive brands in the Inclusive Collection located in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, South America, and Europe. The platform includes supplemental courses and annual re-certification to enhance travel advisor knowledge and maintain Confidant Collective advisor status.

More information can be found on the Confidant Collective website.
