Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises are teaming up to celebrate travel advisors with a new promotion to kick off Travel Partner Appreciation Month.
An Instant Booking Bonus will immediately give travel partners from USD $50 up to $200 on all new, fully-deposited bookings throughout SEP 2021.
In addition, advisors can earn an additional $10 for every eligible new individual or group reservation with names created through automation booking tools including Espresso, Sabre, Amadeus, Travelport, Odysseus, Revelex, Travel Tek, and TravTech.
These booking bonuses are in addition to earned base commissions and will be applied as an advanced payment “at deposit ” within 3 weeks.
“We heard loud and clear from our travel partners that the most important thing for them during this difficult time was seeing revenue immediately. We listened and designed this bonus to make sure that travel professionals are seeing an incremental payout at the time of booking,” said Vicki Freed, senior vice president, sales and trade support & service, Royal Caribbean International.
The Bonus is the next phase of the companies' RCL Cares program, which was launched in MAR 2020 to assist travel advisors during the pandemic. This new phase follows support currently provided to travel partners, which includes the Pay It Forward program that provided three-year, interest-free loans to help keep travel partners' business focused on return to growth, alongside the initial support of providing education to help travel partners as they navigated the myriad of government benefits.
