Dominican ULCC Arajet Introduces Packaged Vacations

Arajet has announced its plan to provide flight and hotel bookings across 24 cities in 16 countries.

PriceTravel Holding will supply Arajet with an advanced booking engine, enabling flight and hotel packages in all of Arajet's destinations, including Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

With this agreement, both companies seek to facilitate the access of more travelers to attractive destinations at competitive prices, thus encouraging and promoting tourism in the region," said Jorge Restrepo, CEO of PriceTravel Holding.

"We are confident that this union between Arajet and PriceTravel Holding will provide greater flight and accommodation options to our passengers and all travelers in the region, which will impact regional tourism in a positive way,’ said Victor Pacheco Mendez, CEO and founder of Arajet.

Adding to winter capacity to the Dominican Republic, Arajet recently announced service to Punta Cana from both Toronto (YYZ) and Montreal (YUL) starting 27OCT.

Arajet is currently flying from YYZ and YUL  to Santo Domingo (SDQ), with connections to 18 destinations across the Americas.

The airline shared that it is exploring the possibility of adding flights to Puerto Plata International Airport in the near future.
