Jordana Botting Joins Crystal as Regional Sales Director for Canada

Ontario-based Jordana Botting launches a new chapter in her cruise career as she joins Crystal Cruises in the role of regional sales director for Canada.

Previously with Viking Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Line, Botting brings a wealth of experience to her new role.

Crystal Cruises was launched 33 years ago by NYK Group focusing on the U.S. market. Initially in the upper premium segment, over the years Crystal evolved to become a leading luxury brands. Crystal was sold by NYK for a reported $550 million in 2015 to Genting Hong Kong, which promised to further expand the brand and increase its luxury position.

Following the line’s bankruptcy in January 2022, a new era for Crystal has evolved under A&K Travel Group ownership.

Hiring a well-respected sales director for Canada signals renewed interest in the market and in strengthening relationships with the Canadian trade.
