CITC Appoints Jane Tracogna, CTC Certification Manager

CITC has announced that Jane Tracogna, CTC has been hired as the new Certification Manager. Steve Gillick, CTM, President and Chief Operating Officer said he was thrilled that Jane will join CITC at this important time in the Institute's growth. He noted that Jane's expertise in sales and customer service, as well as her experience in many key areas of the industry, will enhance CITC's Education Standards area of business and add a new dynamic to the Institute.

'Jane will be able to facilitate a smooth transition from the excellent work that Coralie Belman began in the revamping the Certified Travel Counsellor and Certified Travel Manager programs. Jane will continue to work alongside the CTHRC to effect ongoing reviews of the occupational standards and will work front and centre with to help augment travel training programs throughout Canada.'
