Merit Travel Ventures Inc. and the Canadian Universities Travel Service have finalized their agreement under which Merit will acquire Travel CUTS and all of its subsidiary brands including The Adventure Travel Company, Voyages Campus, Odyssey Travel, Innovative Group Travel and most of their respective programs and branch office networks.
