RSSC's Conroy Takes On Shorex No-Shows

A problem with Regent Seven Seas Cruises bold new free shore excursion policy is that some guests book tours and then don't show up. After all, they don't have any money invested in them. RSSC Mark Conroy says it's time to deal with the problem.

"Since guests are not paying for the tours, we can't charge a cancellation fee, but we are considering a program where, if a guest no shows a tour, we may cancel all the future tours they have booked,'
