EXPLORA I is unique in the design of its restaurants, breaking away from the traditional large dining room norm, and allowing guests to choose a more private and specialized dining experience. The restaurants were developed as a result of extensive customer research and the results are delicious.
The Emporium Marketplace is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food stations draw on local inspiration from ports visited and allows diners to choose when and where they want to eat. Of note are the evolving selection of plant-based options, as well as the oft- frequented pasta bar. The charcuterie, boulangerie, fromagerie and patisserie stations are not to be missed.
Sakura is a Pan-Asian themed restaurant, named after the Japanese cherry blossom, which is a featured design element throughout the restaurant. Guests can choose from Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, or Malaysian-based dishes. While the Sushi Bar is open on a first come, first served basis, reservations are recommended to ensure a seat in this Kyoto tearoom-inspired venue. Wagyu beef and other delicacies can be enhanced by taking advantage of the advice from the sake sommelier.
Marble & Co. Grill is a blending of the elegance of marble accents with the sizzle of a top-notch grill. The menu is designed to tantalize the taste buds with a selection of premium meats, seafood, and grilled specialties, featuring their signature 30 day aged prime rib.
