So, using AI, they captured the essence of each top country - including Canada - and transformed it into a "Barbified" Dreamhouse. Barbie fans have another reason to rejoice as Airbnb is offering an extraordinary opportunity to vacation in a private Malibu mansion decked out in the classic doll's signature pink. It's been recently updated by 'Ken,' our favourite beach-loving hunk, with a spicy Western twist, reports People.
Cowboy boots, hats, cowhide rugs, and equestrian paraphernalia now adorn almost every room in the home, drenched in even more pink than before. The luxurious residence also features a disco dance floor, a roller rink, a gym, a bar and grill, and an infinity pool (adorned with floats that spell out Ken’s name, of course).
As Ken describes in the Airbnb listing, "While Barbie is away, she has handed over the keys to her Malibu DreamHouse this summer and my room could be yours for the night. I’ve added a few touches to bring some much-needed Kenergy to the newly renovated and iconic Malibu DreamHouse."
Now, here's the kicker: two individual one-night stays will be made available on 21JUL and 22JUL. So, grab your sparkly heels and set a reminder, because on 17JUL, at 10 a.m. PT, Barbie enthusiasts can request to book these free stays.
In a playful statement, Airbnb shared, "Ken couldn't figure out how to put a price on Barbie's Malibu Dreamhouse – after all, Ken's thing is beach, not math!"
Ken himself expressed his excitement, stating, "We all have dreams, and Barbie is lucky enough to have a house full of them. But now, it's my turn, and I can't wait to host guests inside these one-of-a-kind—dare I say, one-of-a-Ken?—digs."
Guests lucky enough to secure a stay will also enjoy concierge service to help in arranging meals and organizing activities. The experience includes exploring Ken's wardrobe for a Barbie-approved ensemble, learning to line dance on the disco floor, and enjoying leisure time by the pool.
